Validity & ownership of Bonuses & Vouchers
Bonuses & Vouchers offered in the Website have a six months expiration date from the date of purchase and can be used at any time by the person who purchased them. Its transfer or sale to third parties is prohibited, unless expressly authorised in writing by the owner of the Website.

Products/Services Under Subscription
The subscription of products/services sold by Website are subject to recurring payment with a specific periodicity, which you will be informed during the purchase process. These products/services may only be used by the User who acquired them, their transfer or sale to third parties is prohibited. Furthermore, the exclusive areas to which these products/services give access to can only be visited by one IP and device simultaneously, with ©HISTORIÆ℠ reserving the right to automatically expel all but one of the devices or IP addresses.
Payment Methods
This Website accepts payments with debit cards, MBWay and PayPal. The website doesn’t collect or store any data from our Users related to the PayPal accounts used to pay for orders. In the case of recurring payments, PayPal platform is responsible for creating an “Automatic Payment Profile”, which the User can manage from their PayPal account, guaranteeing with its redundant security systems the security and confidentiality of the data provided by the User, which doesn’t go through the website.
Likewise, payments are accepted through bank transfers to the account indicated by the Website at the end of the purchase process. In these cases, the website will not assume any commission or charge that any of the banking entities involved in the process may generate during the transaction and of which is impossible for us (due to lack of knowledge) to inform you during the purchase process. It is not possible to purchase products/services that involve a recurring payment through these means.
We are working on other payment systems; however, at the moment payments cannot be made in cash or through checks and promissory notes, among other payment methods that are not accepted.
Taxes & bills
According to current tax legislation in Portugal the Value Added Tax (VAT) is 23%. Withdraw/Refund
If for any reason the User isn’t satisfied with the purchase of Membership Plans, Bonuses or Vouchers and wishes to cancel the purchase before having used these products/services, the amount paid will be refunded without any penalty nor other type of cost. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is free, no reason must be given and the User must only communicate their intention to withdraw to the owner of the Website through an email to the following email address: historiaeagency@outlook.com, with the words “Withdraw/Refund” in the “Subject Line” of the email.
If the User wishes to discontinue from purchasing vouchers after having use and/or consumed any material included in it, the amount corresponding to the material that have not been enjoyed will be refunded; however, any financial expenses or costs generated by this operation will be at the User’s expenses. The User must provide a substantial and detailed reason to request withdrawal from the purchase so that the Website can improve the products/services it offers to its Users.
If the User cancels a service that has previously ordered and for which the initial 50% have already been paid, this order payment will not be refunded, as works may already have began and costs may have been incurred and for which you should notify us through an email to the following email address: historiaeagency@outlook.com, with the words “Cancel Service” in the “Subject Line” of the email and said service will be cancelled without extra costs or penalties. If the cancellation of a service occurs after the works are advanced and a first draft has been presented or if significant delays happen due to the User’s responsibility the work will be considered to have been cancelled and the corresponding amount will not be refunded, except in very exceptional cases and for duly justified reason.
In those cases in which the owner of the Website unilaterally cancels the services hired through membership plans, bonuses or vouchers, the User will be refunded the amount paid without penalties or costs (this unilateral termination on the part of ©HISTORIÆ℠ will always respond to justified causes, generally based on persistent technical problems that make it impossible to provide such services).
Under no circumstances will be refunded the amount corresponding to services booked through membership plans, bonuses or vouchers that have already been taken by the User.
In the case of products/services under subscription, the User also has the right to withdraw from the purchase within the period established by current legislation in Portugal, with ©HISTORIÆ℠ reserving the right to refund only the proportional part of the time not enjoyed, to the extent that these products/services offer the right of access to an exclusive area during the subscription time and it can be understood that this right has been exercised.
